All participants must have an active IAME membership valid for the entire conference period; membership fees will be collected with registration otherwise.
IAME Membership Fee: SGD 200 (Individual Delegate) | SGD 85 (Student Delegate)

Terms and Conditions
- All registrations are non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases (e.g. medical emergencies or travel restrictions), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
- Approved refunds will incur an administrative fee to cover processing costs.
- Delegate substitutions are permitted at no additional charge, provided written notice is given.
