Conference Venue

The main conference sessions will be held at The Hive, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), located at 52 Nanyang Avenue, Singapore 639816. Known for its distinctive architecture and collaborative learning spaces, The Hive offers state-of-the-art facilities that provide an inspiring setting for academic exchange and networking.

Other conference activities, including the Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner, and City Tours, will be held at various partner venues across Singapore

Visa and Entry Requirement

All visitors to Singapore must hold a passport valid for at least six months from the date of arrival. Travellers are required to complete the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) online, free of charge, within three days prior to arrival. There are currently no COVID-19 testing or quarantine requirements.  
 
Nationals of many countries may enter Singapore visa-free for stays of 30 or 90 days, depending on nationality. Travellers from visa-required countries must obtain a visa in advance. Eligible transit travellers may also qualify for the 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility, subject to specific conditions.
 
Upon arrival, visitors may be asked to present proof of onward travel and sufficient funds. Travellers who have recently visited yellow fever risk areas must present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate. Singapore’s entry process is highly digitalised and efficient, but visitors are advised to check the latest requirements with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) before travel.

Tour Visit

This tour visit combines two complementary programmes to offer a comprehensive perspective on Singapore’s maritime ecosystem, spanning heritage, operations, innovation, and environmental stewardship.
 
The Singapore Maritime Gallery Tour is a one-hour guided walking tour highlighting Singapore’s maritime heritage and its evolution as a leading global hub port and international maritime centre, with a focus on future readiness and sustainability.
 
The Sea Exploration Tour is a three-hour guided experience combining ferry travel and on-site walking through the Singapore Strait. Participants will observe port operations and vessel activities, view Pasir Panjang Container Terminal, and visit Sisters’ Islands Marine Park to learn about marine biodiversity, conservation, and environmental stewardship.

A shuttle bus will be provided at 30-minute intervals to transport participants between Nanyang Technological University and Carlton Hotel.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Take the East–West (Green) Line MRT to Boon Lay MRT Station (EW27). From Boon Lay Bus Interchange, board Bus 179 and alight at Academic Building South (Stop ID: 27251).
